01 · Frame the problem
Protect the table shape
Confirm delimiter, quote handling, encoding and header uniqueness before cleaning values. Count columns across rows and export a new file. Spreadsheet previews can hide malformed rows that a parser will not forgive.
02 · Collect evidence
Use the smallest test that answers the question
Local worker parses rows, applies column specific transformations and validates output shape.
- Keep the original URL, file or text unchanged.
- Record the settings used for the check.
- Run the test once before making changes.
- Save an export only when an audit trail is useful.
CSV looks simple because all the complexity is hiding between the commas.
03 · Interpret
Read the evidence before the recommendation

Repeat the same check after one change
Change one cause, preserve the test conditions and compare the new result with the baseline. This makes the conclusion explainable and avoids crediting the last click for every improvement on the page.
What CSV Cleaner cannot prove
The tool reports observable behavior from the supplied input. It cannot establish private intent, predict future platform behavior or replace a specialist review where legal, security or financial risk is high.
